The ginger is an Asian plant often used in traditional Indian meals. In West Africa, ginger is pressed to make fresh juices. The passion fruit, also known as “maracuja”, has two main varieties: a big yellow fruit or a smaller purple one. The second one is well-known in Europe.
 
It should be drunk chilled, alone or as an amazing cocktail when mixed with rhum.
